THE VERDICT
Wholly unqualified is the declaration of incompetence in its blunt form: the categorical no, pronounced over a class, needing no audit because it disqualifies in advance. Not for cause, not as a finding drawn from conduct, but by virtue of being women. The verdict does not examine and conclude. It grants the incapacity before any evidence, and reads whatever follows to confirm it.
Where the perpetual audit runs the disqualification as an endless admissible-looking process, with the door never formally shut, this is the verdict that process is the metabolized form of: the door declared shut at the root, the file closed before it opens.
Coverture dissolving the wife's legal person into her husband's. The natural-slavery doctrine. The Insular Cases declaring the territories' inhabitants incompetent to govern themselves. The Great Chain assigning each tier its incapacity as its being. Each is the verdict at a register, and each does the same double thing: it disqualifies her from one office and qualifies her, precisely by the disqualification, for another.

FIT ONLY TO BE CURRENCY AND GROUND
Read what the verdict fits her for. Disqualified from holding, she is qualified only to be held, and she is held in two forms.
Currency. The compensation is denominated in persons. The configuration pays the man in her: her legal person suspended into his, her property his, her earnings his, her body inside his perimeter of defense and repose. She was not a party to the grant. She was the consideration. Wholly unqualified to hold, she is qualified to be what holds value while belonging to another, the coin the exchange settles in.
Ground. She is what the dominion stands on. The yielding-field it extracts and calls its own strength. The Genetrix read as nothing, so that the generating ground can be administered as a lack. The between it occupies and renames its territory. The earth-as-woman it files as resource. Wholly unqualified to be a holder, she is qualified to be the substrate a holder stands on.
The verdict does not exclude her from the configuration. It installs her as its medium and its floor, and she is declared unfit to hold her own dwelling precisely so that her dwelling, her body and her line can be held as his.

THE REVERSAL
Turn the verdict around and read it against the one who pronounced it. There is something that is wholly unqualified, not by decree but by its own operation, disclosed the moment it is examined apart from the seat it occupies. It is the configuration: the war-body, the generating function that refuses to yield, the one-above that can command and measure and clear, and cannot do the two things a verdict of total incapacity should finally be measured against.
It cannot beget. It cannot make life.
These are not incidental competences it happens to lack. They are the only ones that finally matter, origination and life, and they are exactly the two the configuration is constituted to be unable to perform. The verdict it pronounces over her names, with forensic accuracy, its own condition. It simply pronounces it in the wrong direction.

WHOLLY UNQUALIFIED FOR BEGETTING
Begetting is origination in relation: the receptive, the yielding, the body that bears, the line that runs begat, begat, begat. It requires the yielding the configuration is the refusal of. So the configuration cannot beget. It can only forge, meaning make and fabricate and counterfeit, and forging is not begetting.
Made, not begotten is the self-made man's whole claim, and it is a confession heard backward. The creed reserved begotten, not made for what originates from another's own being, in relation, of one substance; made names what is fabricated, other, produced. The self-made man, actus purus, the self-caused God: each reverses the creed and claims to make itself rather than be begotten, and the claim deletes the mother, because begetting runs through her body and making does not.
This is why the configuration must declare the mother wholly unqualified: to install making where begetting was, and to hide that the installation is forced, because it cannot beget and can only forge. No man is the origin of himself. The genealogies record precisely what the self-made man denies. The one the configuration declared wholly unqualified is the one through whom begetting runs. The declarer is the one who cannot beget at all.

WHOLLY UNQUALIFIED FOR LIFE
Life is the second law: the circulation, the developing, the Genetrix's Flash, the joy body, the seven qualities facing out. It requires the yielding.
The configuration is the war-body, the law of sin and death: arrested circulation while process continues, the wheel turning at full output and arriving nowhere, death that is not stopped but prevented, the qualities frozen facing in. It cannot produce life. It produces maintenance, recycling, the franchise reproduced as the next cycle's ground. It is autoimmune. It attacks what would heal it, because life is the one thing it cannot survive.
The generating function cannot transform itself, cannot cross the forge, cannot yield at the pivot. Fire cannot become light by fire's own operation. It is impotent for the very thing it presents itself as the source of. Wholly unqualified for life, it declares life wholly unqualified, filing the yielding and the receptive and the woman and the ground and the Genetrix all as incapacity, and installs its own death as the order of things, the given, the way the world works.

THE PROJECTION
The verdict is the reversal concealed, and the concealment has a mechanism. The incapacity belongs to the declarer, not the declared. The configuration declares women wholly unqualified precisely to keep its own disqualification from ever being read, and the audit asymmetry is how the concealment is held: she is audited without end so that the finding never falls on him.
His standing exemption is the audit never run on the one who could not survive it, because to examine the configuration apart from the seat it occupies is to return the finding at once. Cannot beget. Cannot make life. Cannot yield. Cannot host. Wholly unqualified. The perpetual audit of the woman is the whole labor of keeping that finding pointed the wrong way.
This is the operation the book undoes. Not by pleading that she is qualified after all, which is another cycle of the audit, another proof supplied and discounted. By running the audit the configuration exempted itself from, and letting the finding fall where it belongs.
