RegenerativeLaw, llc ("RL," "us," "we" or "our") thanks you for visiting the internet resources we publish. We use the words "you" and "your" to mean you, the reader, as well as other visitors to our internet resources who are, in all cases, over the age of 13.
This privacy statement (this "Statement," "privacy statement" or "our statement") informs you about the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our internet resources, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, disclosing that information and what do to try to protect it.
Internet resources means including the websites regenerativelaw.com (together with any other web pages we may embed in our internet resources, our "websites") along with other internet features that we operate that allow you to interact with our websites, as well as resources we've created and distributed to let our clients and followers view our internet resources and otherwise interact with the content we provide.
Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you or that can be easily linked to you (examples include your name, your address, telephone number, email address, social security number and date of birth). The privacy laws in some jurisdictions include unique elements in what they consider to be the personal information of consumers (or data subjects) they protect. If those laws apply to us, then in the case of the European General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"), our use of the phrase "personal information" includes the unique elements required by such laws.
This Statement applies to information we collect on our internet resources or in electronic messages between you and RL. This Statement does not address information obtained offline or any third party that may link or be accessible from or through our internet resources.By providing your information to us you agree to allow us (and through our service providers) to contact you by mail, phone, email or text, even if the phone number is on a national or state Do Not Call list. By submitting your information you agree to the terms of this Statement and our Terms of Use.
Please read this Statement carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our practices, your choice is to not use our internet resources. By accessing or using our internet resources, the terms of this Statement apply. This Statement may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Statement below). Your continued use of the internet resources after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Statement periodically for updates.
WHO WE ARE
RL is a business and offers resources for professional improvement and personal development in support of a flourishing world. For residents of GDPR Jurisdictions (defined below), RL is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
WHO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM
We may collect personal information from the following groups of data subjects: users of and visitors to our internet resources; our clients; current members of our workforce and those who apply for posted jobs; and third party vendors and business partners.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The categories of information that we collect varies based on the identity of who we are collecting information from. It is possible that one person could fall into more than one group. This Statement focuses on our processing and sharing of personal information collected from visitors to and users of our internet resources and our clients.
When you visit the public area of the internet resources, you remain anonymous and only non-personal information is collected (such as our device operating system).
By using our internet resources or purchasing our products or services, you are signifying to RL that you agree with and accept this section of our statement and that we may use and disclose your information as described.
Voluntarily Submitted Information
If you participate in certain activities through our internet resources, you may be asked to provide us with information about yourself.
They types of personal information we collect in this situation includes identifiers (such as your name, physical address, phone/text number and/or email address), professional information (such as the profession you are in), and credit card or other financial account information (such as your credit card information). We do not sell, rent or trade voluntarily submitted personal information with third parties.
Here are some of the ways you voluntarily give us your personal information:
Emails and Online Form Submission. When you fill out forms, message in chats or respond to e-mail links via our internet resources, call us or text us via phone or Zoom, send us an email or directly communicate with us or anyone affiliated with us and provide us with personal information that may be in the content of your message or attached to it, that personal information is retained by us. Because it is impossible to predict every conceivable context in which such information might be provided to us including via e-mail or via other electronic transmission, we can provide you no assurance that personally identifiable information you choose to provide to us via electronic transmission will be maintained as private.
Event Registration. When you register for webinars, events, conferences, services or programs we host (as compared to situations where there is a third party event managers who has its own privacy policies), you will submit personal information. If the event requires an entrance fee, we may also ask that you submit identifiers including credit card or other financial information.
Account Registration. When you register for an account, you submit personal information to us such as your name and email address which we retain.
Subscribing to our Services. When you become a subscriber to our services, you may submit personal information.
Social Media and Community. Some of our internet resources may offer social -media like community features letting users post messages and comments, and/or upload an image or other files and materials. If you choose to make use of these features, the information you post, including your screen name and any other personal information, will be in the public domain and that public information not covered by and not protected by this Statement.
If you don't want us to collect this type of personal information, please don't provide it. This means that you should not use our internet resources and should not participate in our online activities that request or require it and that you may want to communicate with us by phone or by regular (snail) mail. Voluntarily submitting information is your choice. Not participating may limit your ability to take full advantage of our internet resources, but it will not affect your ability to access the more limited information available to the general public on our internet resources.
Automatically Collected Information - Online Tracking Technologies
When you visit our internet resources, basic information is passively collected through your web browser via use of tracking technologies.
Our internet resources use "cookies." Cookies are small text files that is downloaded onto your computer or mobile device and stores some information about your preferences or past actions. Cookies may involve the transmission of information from us to you and from you to us, to another party on our behalf or to another party in accordance with its privacy policy. Cookies allow us and/or the hosts of our internet resources to record how many times a user or computers within a user's network of computers has visited certain of our internet resources, the number of times various pages or aspects of our internet resources have been accessed and to track the user's home page customization preferences. We may use cookies to bring together information we collect about you.
You may disable receipt of cookies using features of your web browser that disable or turn off cookies. You can also choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being placed on your device. Each browser is different so turn to your browser's Help menu to learn how to control your cookies. Unless you have adjusted your browser so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to pages of our internet resources. If you turn cookies off, you may not have access to features tat makes your experience more efficient, and some of our services may not function properly.
Pages of our websites, our emails and other internet resources may contain small electronic files know as Web beacons or marketing pixels that are embeded in images on the pages of our internet resources (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, software development kits, application program interfaces and single-pixel gifs or pixels) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). We may collect information whether or not you are logged in or registered with our internet resources, and we may associate this tracking data with your registration account (if you have one). This may involve transmission of information directly to us, to another party on our behalf, or to another party in accordance with its privacy policy. We may use Web beacons or marketing pixels to bring together information we collect about you.
We allow third party service providers to use cookies or similar technology to collect information about your browsing activities over time following your use of certain of our internet resources. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how you use certain of our internet resources and to enhance your experience when visiting and using our internet resources. The internet activity information that we collect through cookies, web beacons and similar means includes information such as the domain name and the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you accessed the internet resources. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. The IP address data that we collect does not contain any personally identifiable information about you and is used to administer our internet resources to determine the numbers of different visitors to our internet and to gather demographic data. We also collect information on the type of browser and operating system you use; the specific links from other sites that you used to access our internet resources; the specific pages you visited; the date, time and length of your visit; the graphics view and any documents downloaded; and any specific links to other sites that you accessed from our internet resources.
When you voluntarily submit information via our internet resources, automatically collected information can then become personally identifiable and is kept on record as having come from your IP address. This information may be used to identify you on subsequent visits to our websites and other internet resources and to personalize your user experience.

Mobile Device Information
Additionally, if you access our internet resources from a phone or mobile device, your mobile services provider may transmit to us uniquely identifiable mobile device information which allows us to collect your mobile phone number and associate that with your mobile device information. Some mobile services providers operate systems that also pinpoint the physical location of devices and we may receive this information as well if location services are enabled on your device. If you do not want us to collect and use geolocation data, disable location services through your mobile device settings.
Other ways to limit ad tracking in the mobile application environment
You may also limit ad tracking in mobile app environments on your mobile device. For the most effective and up-to-date methods for doing so, you should consult instructions provided by those device manufacturers. We offer the following information solely for informational purposes, and we cannot guarantee that the methods below are the most current:

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Depending on the information provided or collected, RL may use the information collected from and about you to communicate with you in the form of emails, telephone calls, and/or text messages for a variety of business purposes. We may respond to you and process your requests using information you provided. We may also send you information about any of our products or services that we think may be of interest to you.
We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to use, including any personal information, for a variety of business and commercial purposes, including, customer service and transactional purposes, such as for example to:
- provide you with information that you have requested and services you have requested and to perform our contractual obligations when you purchase services;
- to manage an account you register for including communicating with you about establishing a password and profile;
- provide you with information about our products or services that we think may be of interest to you;
- register you for an event you signed up for and send you communications regarding the event;
- present our internet resources and their contents to you, based on your preferences, usage patterns and location;
- to diagnose problems with the provision of our internet resources or services;
- create and maintain your account registration, and in some cases establish a password and profile to communicate with you via text or email about your account;
- to send you marketing and promotional emails and text messages;
- to personalize your experience using your information to better respond to your individual needs;
- to process transactions such as purchases and subscriptions;
- to use and disclose your credit card or other financial account information to process payments and prevent fraud;
- to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other feature of our internet resources;
- monitor, evaluate, measure and optimize the operation of our internet resources and the advertising that you see;
- to target prospective customers with our services (such targeting is only performed with your permission where your permission is required by applicable law);
- analyze traffic on our internet resources and on the sites of third parties;
- to deliver relevant marketing and advertising to you on our internet resources and on third party sites and applications;
- to provide social media and other platforms with limited personal information such as certain identifiers or your hashed email address which they match with their customers' profiles - based on this, the social media platform may show you our ads, look for other users who may enjoy our ads, suppress our ads for you, and provide us with insights on how to target and optimize our advertisements;
- fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information;
- carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
- to protect the integrity of our internet resources and our services such as by preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or liabilities;
- to call, text or email you to notify you about products or services we offer or provide; and/or
- in any other way or for any other purpose that we may disclose at the time when you provide the information and/or for any other purpose with your consent.
We have a lawful basis to process your personal information if:
- you have consented to such processing;
- we need to process your personal information in order to provide you with the products or services you have requested or to enter into a contract;
- we have a legitimate interest for processing your personal information, including for fraud protection, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; personalization of our services to make it easier and faster for you, direct marketing, data analytics, identifying usage trends and/or
- we have a legal obligation to process the personal information.
We use and retain your personal information in accordance with applicable law and as long as necessary to carry out the purposes described in this Statement in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.
WHEN/WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use voluntarily submitted information to respond to your inquires and to provide you with the services you have requested, among the other uses that are further described below. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party data vendors or marketing companies.
We may also disclose your information, including personal information, to comply with any court order, law or legal process or to respond to a regulatory request or at our discretion or otherwise as permitted or required by law.
We may disclose your information, including personal information, to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and/or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of RL, our clients, or other users of our internet resources, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
If we we, or substantially all of our assets are acquired by one or more buyers or other successor in the event of a merger, sale, transfer or liquidation of some or all of our company's assets, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Statement to our subsidiaries and affiliates, to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.

We may provide you with services. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. merchant services). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information will be provided directly to your third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Counsel. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handing of payment information. We cannot guarantee that our vendors and business partners will always fully comply with their contractual requirements, internal policies or applicable law.
We may use your information, including personal information, to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials or other information that may be of interest to you. You may contact us or use any unsubscribe link or other instructions provided in emails we use to contact you.
We use automatically collected information and mobile device information, and the personal information we collect is accessible by our personnel as well as third-party personnel involved with the third-party services that provide services to us, such as the companies that host our websites or other internet resources, administer our calendaring service, manage our internet resources and other third party service providers.
We use all non-personally identifiable data that we collect internally and together with information collected by our service partners in order to improve our services and the internet resources. The information is used, for example, to evaluate what portions of the internet resources are more popular than others, to determine where visitors to the internet resources came from, and to determine how many times and how often particular pages of the internet resources were accessed. We may use the data to prepare reports regarding internet resource activity as part of the process of maintaining and improving our services and content. We also use that data to remember certain of your information to save you time.
USER BEWARE - PRIVACY POLICIES OF EXTERNAL SITES, LINKS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER APPS
The internet resources may provide links to third party websites that we do not control.
We may maintain a presence on one or more external social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and may maintain a presence on X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, substack or other social media sites. We may allow features of our internet resources to connect with or to be viewable from our external social media presence. Additionally, some of our internet resources may contain links to other websites or apps controlled by third parties. We are neither responsible for the content on nor the privacy practices of these social media platforms or third party sites or apps to which we link. These apps are not controlled by us and have their own privacy policies and terms of use. Therefore, we urge you to carefully review the privacy policies posted on these third party websites at the time visit such sites and contact them using the contact information they provide.
OPT OUT and GDPR RIGHTS
You may have to provide personal information in order to enjoy features of our internet resources.
If we are using personal information you provided to us in order to enable us to send you materials, such as newsletters or alerts via text or email, and you decide you don't want to receive such materials, you may opt out by following the opt-out instructions in the email or other communication (e.g., by responding to the text with “STOP”), by filling out "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and "Targeted Advertising" Opt Out Rights page or by contacting us.
When we receive your request, we will take reasonable steps to remove your name from our marketing distribution lists. To ensure you have accurate information about your account and purchases you do not have the option to unsubscribe from transactional or service communications (i.e. service notifications and billing information). You need to understand it may take a period to remove your contact information from our lists after your request and due to such lags, you may still receive materials for a period after you request to opt out. In addition to opting out, you have the ability to access, amend, and delete your personal information by contacting us.
You may also choose to opt out of "Targeted Advertising" directly with many ad networks, data exchanges and other digital advertising and marketing service providers. You may also be able to choose to control targeted advertising on other websites and platforms that you visit. You may also be able to choose to control "Targeted Advertising" you receive within applications by using the settings and controls on your devices.
Some browsers have a 'do not track' feature that let you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Currently, we do not respond to browser 'do not track' signals.
THE EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
GDPR Jurisdictions means the countries composed of the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Lichtenstein, and Norway) and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Additionally, Andorra, Argentina, Canada (only for commercial organizations), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay and Japan have received an “adequacy decision” from the European Commission, adheres to the material terms of the GDPR. Switzerland also has its own data protection via its Federal Act of Data Protection (“DPA”).
GDPR no longer has jurisdiction over the United Kingdom ("UK"). Since the UK formally left the European Union, it is no longer regulated domestically by the material terms of the GDPR. The United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK-GDPR”) is the UK's data privacy law that governs the processing of personal data domestically.
We may collect or otherwise obtain personal information from data subjects located in the GDPR Jurisdictions. We will fulfill our GDPR obligations with respect to our customers (and their own end-clients), and our vendors and business partners through a series of separate notices, contracts or other terms provided to them at the time, and in the manner and form, GDPR and local law within each GDPR Jurisdiction requires.
We describe, in the immediately following section of this statement, how we comply with the GDPR for personal information collected from visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources while they were in a GDPR Jurisdiction. For purposes of this section, the words “you” and “your” mean only such GDPR Jurisdiction-based visitors and users.
What do we collect from you in the GDPR Jurisdictions and how do we use it?
We collect from you the categories of personal information described above. The lawful basis on which we rely for such collection, later use and disclosure, is referred to by the GDPR as 'legitimate interest.' As stated elsewhere in this Statement, we do not sell any of your personal information to third parties nor do we use it for automated decision making.
Cross-border Data Transfers and Third-Party Processors
If we transfer personal information from the GDPR Jurisdictions to a location that has not been deemed by the European Commission to have adequate privacy protections, we will do so in a manner that the GDPR permits.
Rights of Data Subjects in the GDPR Jurisdictions
While we attempt to allow all visitors and users of our internet resources to exercise a degree of control over their personal information, under the GDPR we have a legal obligation to do so for you. More specifically, with respect to personal information collected from you while you were in a GDPR Jurisdiction, you have these rights: transparency, access, correction and deletion, portability, who, what, why and where, and restriction/objection. Your ability to exercise these rights is subject to certain conditions and exemptions that you can read about in Articles 12 through 23 of the GDPR. Among those conditions is our right to decline part or all a request if we cannot satisfy our reasonable doubts and concerns about your identity in a manner that helps us minimize the risk that unauthorized persons might use a GDPR right to access your personal information. We will respond to all requests without undue delay, and in accordance with the time frames, if any, prescribed by the GDPR. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our internet resources are not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules ("COPPA") imposes additional restrictions and obligations on commercial website operates who direct their operations toward and collect and use information from children under the age of 13. No one under age 18 is authorized to provide any personal information through our internet resources. Our internet resources are designed for use of adults over the age of 25 and it is not consistent for our services to be used by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from any children under age 18. If you are under age 18, so not use or provide any information on any of our internet resources. or provide any information to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without the verification of parental consent, we will delete that information and not use it. HOW WE PROTECT COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take reasonable security precautions to protect your personal information provided through our internet resources. We cannot guarantee that your information, whether during transmission or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our case, will be free from unauthorized access or that loss, misuse, destruction or alteration will not occur. Other than non-disclaimable duties under applicable law, we disclaim all other liability for any theft or loss of, unauthorized access or damage to, or interception of any data or communications including personal information. We believe our security program is reasonable and appropriate for our business and the nature of foreseeable risks to the personal information we collect. We review and update our security program periodically.
AGENT AUTHORIZATION
You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents must demonstrate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf or must demonstrate they have a valid and presently effective power of attorney pursuant to applicable law. RL retains the right to request confirmation directly from you acknowledging that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent's identity. An authorized agent is prohibited from using a consumer's personal information, or any information collected from or about the consumer, for any purpose other than to fulfill the consumer's requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.
REVISIONS
Due to the rapidly evolving technologies on the Internet, we may update this Statement. We reserve the right to change or update this Statement from time to ttime. This statement was last revised on February 12, 2026. All revisions will be posted to on the regenerativelaw.com website.
