What You Carry

You have been offered those languages and they did not hold what you carry. Not because you failed to use them. Because what you carry is not what they were built to hold.

What This Is
The Ministerial Encounter is not therapy. Not coaching. Not spiritual direction. Not facilitated process. Each of those stands between you and your own crossing and calls the standing “help.” The help may be real. The standing between is the problem.
The Ministerial Encounter does not stand between. The minister sits with what is actually happening — without requiring it to become something else in order to be present. Without diagnosing. Without guiding. Without evaluating whether you are doing it correctly.
The wound is not the obstacle. The wound is where the opening is.
What the Minister Does
The minister holds a fixed reference. Not a map. Not a method. A position — the way a fixed line reveals a curve as curve. You have been inside a curve so long it looked like straight ground. The minister does not argue that the ground is curved. The minister holds a line. The curve becomes visible by contrast.
What you do with that visibility is yours. The minister does not cross for you. The minister does not tell you what the crossing looks like. The minister recognizes that you are standing on real ground — and that what you are feeling is not a malfunction.
What Protects the Encounter
The Ministerial Encounter operates under clergy-penitent privilege. What you bring is held with the same legal protection that has shielded confessional speech for centuries. This is not therapeutic confidentiality, which carries mandated exceptions. This is ministerial privilege — constitutionally grounded, religiously exercised.
RegenerativeLaw is a sincerely held religious tradition. The minister serves in ordained capacity under that tradition. What you carry into this ministerial space does not leave it without your consent.
What This Costs
The Ministerial Encounter operates pursuant to written engagement with RegenerativeLaw, llc. The engagement letter identifies the capacity, the terms, and the structure.
This is not an unusual arrangement dressed in unusual language. It is an unusual recognition that requires its own architecture.
