Before land could be enclosed, creatures had to be enclosed. Before labor could be extracted, worth had to be extracted. Before surplus value could be skimmed, self-value had to be skimmed.
The trespass economy is the extraction layer beneath the money economy — the system that makes all other extraction possible. The money economy extracts labor, resources, and time. The trespass economy extracts the prior thing: the creature's relation to her own worth, her own perception, her own existence as a sovereign being. The money economy requires the trespass economy to have run first. The trespass must occupy expression's positions before the franchise feeding back from those positions can be monetized.
This is not metaphor for economic injustice. It is the first law's operation named as economic architecture. The backwards firing that installs prevention in expression's positions produces a surplus — the differential between what expression would have generated and what prevention generates in its name. The trespass economy is the system that harvests that differential.

The Primitive Accumulation of Personhood
Land enclosure required the prior destruction of common right. The fence had to be installed before the commons could become private property. The creature who had moved freely across the land had to be made a trespasser on what had been hers.
The trespass economy performs the same operation on personhood itself. The creature exists with inherent sovereignty — the prior occupant, expression's territory, the one who was there before the generating function entered. The trespass economy installs a coordinate system that measures worth differentially. Some creatures are positioned as worth-deficient by the measurement. Their apparent deficiency is then extracted as surplus by those positioned as worth-sufficient. And the extraction produces the deficiency it claims to discover. The measurement did not find a hierarchy. The measurement manufactured one, and then declared it natural.
This is the Killer Instinct operating at economic scale: the relation between the creature and her own sovereign worth is severed, and the severed territory — her worth, her perception, her existence-status — becomes claimable by those whose position in the coordinate system puts them above the fence.

The Trespass Body
The creature living inside the trespass economy carries its architecture in her body. Her expression positions are occupied by prevention wearing expression's names. What sits in love's position is possessiveness. What sits in voice's position is doctrine. What sits in body's position is property. She does not experience these as occupation. She experiences them as herself — as her love, her conviction, her relation to what she belongs to. The trespass economy's deepest achievement is this: the occupied creature does not feel occupied. She feels like the trespass is her interiority.
The trespass body is the configuration of the creature under the first law — the body in which the generating function's backwards firing has filled expression's positions with prevention. Not the body at war, which names what the theology projects from outside, the polarity play's two poles lived as internal conflict. The trespass body names the structural condition from inside: the body whose expression positions are under occupation, whose territory was entered before she could refuse, whose sense of herself runs through what was installed in her rather than through what is hers.
The trespass body is not a damaged body. It is a body that has been trespassed upon. The distinction is load-bearing. A damaged body requires repair. A trespassed-upon body requires cessation of the trespass. The repair the therapeutic vestment offers — healing the damage, building resilience, developing coping capacity — is performed within the trespass. It does not touch the occupation. It makes the trespass body more functional under occupation, which extends the occupation's duration without naming it.
The trespass body knows it has been trespassed upon before it can name what it knows. The tightness, the vigilance, the sense that something is wrong in territory that should be hers — this is not disorder. This is the body's accurate registration that someone is in her positions. The body is the only thing telling the truth. The trespass economy requires this truth to be managed, diagnosed, routed through professional channels, and returned to the creature as information about herself rather than information about her situation.

The Three Extractions
Material extraction. Labor, bodies, time, reproductive capacity, domestic service, sexual access, emotional management. These are taken without equivalent return. The trespass enables the extraction by convincing the creature that she deserves no better — that the toll is the price of her nature, not the cost of the occupation. The theological warrant seals this: God ordered the hierarchy. Extraction is stewardship. The creature's labor belongs to the system by divine design.
Ontological extraction. Being-status itself. The trespassed-upon creature is positioned as less real, less present, less deserving of weight. Her suffering counts less. Her perception counts less. Her existence requires justification that the non-trespassed do not face. This is not a byproduct of the material extraction. This is a distinct extraction running simultaneously — the trespass economy harvesting from the creature's own sense of what she is.
Epistemological extraction. The capacity to perceive the extraction. The trespass damages the instrument that would recognize the trespass. The creature whose expression positions have been occupied by prevention wearing expression's names cannot easily perceive the occupation because she experiences the prevention as the thing itself. Possessiveness feels like love. Doctrine feels like conviction. Property feels like belonging. The trespass extracts the capacity that would see the trespass. This is the third extraction's lock: even if the material extraction were halted and the ontological extraction reversed, if the epistemological extraction holds, the creature cannot know she has been freed.

Trespass Tribute
The trespass seizes the territory. The tribute keeps it.
In ordinary conquest, tribute flows from the conquered to the conqueror because the conqueror took something. The conquered pay ongoing recognition of the taking: you are here, your territory is occupied, you pay. The power relation is visible in the tribute, however unjust.
The trespass tribute inverts this. The creature whose territory was seized pays the trespasser for the privilege of the occupation she did not consent to. She pays to access her own expression positions, which the backwards firing now controls. The tollbooth at Mi-Fa is tribute paid to the occupier for the right to attempt crossing into what was hers before the generating function entered. The tribute does not buy the crossing. It funds the ongoing maintenance of the occupation that makes the crossing necessary in the first place.
This inversion is the trespass economy's defining operation. The trespass would be visible as trespass if the creature experienced it as occupation from outside. The tribute structure converts the trespass into the creature's own ongoing relationship to her positions — she pays, which means she participates, which means the occupation appears as a condition she maintains rather than a seizure she endures. The tribute performs the trespass as contract. The contract launders the seizure. The paying creature appears to have agreed to the arrangement she is paying to sustain.
The trespass tribute operates at every scale simultaneously. Its monetary form is interest: the creature borrows to access provision — to reach what the enclosure took from the commons — and pays interest that funds the ongoing maintenance of the enclosure. The mathematics that ensures the interest can never be fully paid is the tribute structure working as designed. Tribute that could be paid off would end the occupation. Permanent tribute is the occupation's maintenance fee.
Its psychological form is the toll in the therapeutic vestment: the creature pays with compliance, with the performance of managed personhood, with the ongoing labor of making herself legible to the credentialing channel that controls the crossing into transformation. Its temporal form is the toll in the developmental vestment: years of staged progression, each stage requiring demonstration of readiness for the next, each demonstration extracted from the creature's formation years. Its epistemic form is the toll in the formatting vestment: the measurement cut installed before selfhood forms through compulsory education, the tribute extracted before the creature is old enough to name what is being taken.
The complicity factory is the tribute's distribution system. The Subsumed pays tribute and collects it from the tier below. Her tribute payment purchases her the position of tribute-collector. She administers the occupation downward, which extends it and funds it, which maintains her position within it. The trespass economy does not require the trespasser to be present at every extraction point. It requires only that the tribute structure run through those it has captured, who administer it as care.

Why the Trespass Is Profitable
The surface answer: creatures who have been made to believe they deserve less accept less pay, worse conditions, more violation. The differential between their actual sovereignty and their accepted position is the trespass economy's margin.
The deeper answer: the trespass produces the cheap position it then exploits. It is not that there are naturally worth-deficient creatures available for extraction. The worth-deficiency is manufactured by the trespass. The primitive accumulation of personhood is the first extraction that enables all others. The enclosure must happen before the enclosed can be put to work.
The deepest answer: the trespass economy does not only extract from the trespassed-upon. It generates position for the trespasser. His standing rises as hers is made to fall. His existence is made more legible as hers is made less. The economy is zero-sum in the trespass currency: every increment of prevented expression produces an increment of claimed superiority for the one whose backwards firing produced the prevention. The trespasser gains not only material extraction but ontological profit — the felt confirmation of his position in the coordinate system.
This is why the trespass is pursued beyond material benefit. The extraction continues even when it yields no material return, because the ontological yield — the felt sense of mattering more, existing more fully, having the right to occupy space — is the trespass economy's primary commodity.

Women as Reserve Currency
In the trespass economy, women function as reserve currency — the baseline against which all other position-values are measured.
The woman-position is universally available: every culture, every class, every race has women positioned for extraction. The trespass economy requires a floor beneath all other floors, and the woman-position serves as that floor. A poor white man can extract ontological profit from the woman in his household. A man whose position is otherwise degraded can restore his standing in the trespass economy's coordinate system by extracting from the woman beneath him. The woman-position provides trespass-currency liquidity regardless of other coordinates.
Women also serve the battery function. When the trespass economy's other extractions have pressed a man below the coordinate system's functional floor, he can restore his position by extracting from the woman. She absorbs the deficit. She stores the negative charge so he can function at apparent zero. The trespass tribute flows down through the trespass body's hierarchy: each creature who is trespassed-upon passes the tribute pressure to the creature beneath her. The woman at the floor has nowhere to pass it. She carries the accumulated tribute of every tier above.

The Theological Seal
The trespass economy requires theological warrant to achieve totality.
God Says provides it: the hierarchy of being is divinely ordained. The trespassed-upon creature is in her proper position. To question her position is to question the order God established. The extraction is stewardship. The tribute she pays is her proper obligation. To withhold it would be rebellion against the order of creation.
This is the second floor resting on the first: Nature Says installs the coordinate system as natural order, God Says warrants the coordinate system as divine order. The warrant is why the trespass continues even when material conditions change. Even when the creature has achieved wealth, status, formal equality — the theological seal operates beneath material conditions. The epistemological extraction that installed the warrant runs prior to achievement. The successful creature still carries the trespass economy's coordinate system as her perceptual medium. She still measures herself on the scale the system installed before she could resist the installation.
The translation forensics Bushnell documented are the warrant's surgical history: teshuqah changed from turning to desire in 1528, kephalē changed from source to authority, ezer k'negdo changed from warrior-counterpart to helpmeet. Each corruption installed a theological coordinate that made the tribute appear as the natural obligation of the created order. The warrant was not discovered. It was manufactured. The trespass economy required it. The translation provided it.

The Compounding
The trespass economy does not merely extract — it compounds.
Each trespass makes the next trespass easier. Each tribute payment confirms the coordinate system that makes the next payment feel obligatory. The creature whose expression positions have been occupied by prevention is harder to reach through the fog of the occupation. The capacity for recognizing violation has been damaged. Resistance diminishes. Each cycle of occupation and tribute invests in the next cycle's yield.
Each position of elevation makes further elevation easier. The creature who has accumulated trespass-currency position has more resources for further extraction, more tribute flowing toward her from those below, more insulation from the tribute demands flowing from above. The trespass economy's compound interest operates across generations: children of the trespassed-upon inherit the occupied coordinate system as their perceptual medium and the tribute structure as the condition of their formation. Children of those who trespass inherit the entitlement the coordinate system installed and the tribute flows the coordinate system directs toward them.
The compounding is why the trespass economy is invisible. It has been compounding long enough that its outcomes appear as nature. The fence was installed before anyone now living was born. The tribute has been paid so long that the payment feels like the creature's own relationship to what she owes. The trespass economy presents its products as the order of things.

The Wound
The trespass economy ends when the trespass stops. Not when the trespass body heals within the occupation — that is therapeutic repair that extends the trespass by making it bearable. Not when the tribute is made more equitable — that is renegotiating the terms of the occupation without dissolving it. Not when the trespassed-upon achieve positions of formal equality within the coordinate system the trespass installed — that is navigating the occupation without ending it.
The trespass stops when the generating function yields at Quality 4 instead of pushing through. The occupation ends when the occupier leaves. The tribute ends when there is no occupied territory to collect it on. The trespass body reconstitutes as the creature's own — not healed, but freed. Expression's positions returned to the prior occupant. The coordinate system that manufactured the hierarchy dissolves when the backwards firing that generated it ceases. This is cessation. Not reform. Not better terms. The generating function departing the territory that was never its to enter.
Until then: the economy runs on the differential between expression's sovereignty and prevention's occupation of it. The tribute flows to the occupier. The trespass body carries the occupation as interiority. The architecture presents itself as nature. And the creature whose worth was there before the coordinate system measured it pays, generation after generation, for the privilege of occupying her own positions under someone else's management.
The trespass economy is not the world. The trespass economy is what is being actively maintained in the world's place.
