TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use are entered into between RL and you and govern your access to and use of our internet resources, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through regenerativelaw.com.  Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use our internet resources. By using our internet resources you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement found at https://www.regenerativelaw.com/docs/privacy-policy. If you do not want these Terms of Use or the Privacy Statement to apply to you, you must not use or access our internet resources.

Our internet resources are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our internet resources, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with RL. You shall not use, create, or maintain any account, credential, token, session, proxy, virtual private network, rotating IP address, device identifier, or other means to conceal automated activity, evade enforcement of these Terms, avoid rate limits, or circumvent any restriction imposed by RL.

Reservation of Rights. RL reserves all rights in and to the website, the services, and all content, data, compilations, databases, and materials made available through them. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RL.

Monitoring and Enforcement. RL may monitor use of the website and the services to detect conduct prohibited by these Terms. Without limiting any other rights or remedies, RL may suspend or terminate access, block traffic, revoke credentials, disable accounts, require deletion of improperly obtained materials, and pursue equitable relief, damages, fees, costs, and any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

Deletion and Certification. Upon request by RL, you shall promptly delete all website content, data, datasets, models, embeddings, weights, outputs, copies, archives, and derivative materials obtained, generated, trained, fine-tuned, or created in violation of this Section, and shall certify in writing that you have done so.

Survival. Your obligations under this Section survive termination of your account, termination of these Terms, and cessation of your access to the website or the Services.

RL may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of our internet resources thereafter. Your continued use of the internet resources following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

RL reserves the right to withdraw or amend our internet resources, and any service or material provided on the internet resources, in our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the internet resources are unavailable at any time or for any period.  You agree that all information you provide to register with our internet resources is governed by our Privacy Statement and you consent to all actions we take consistent with respect to your information consistent with our Statement.

The internet resources and its entire content, features and functionality are owned by RL, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

RL's name, RL's logo and service marks along with all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are the trademarks or servicemarks of RLI or is affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of RL. 

RL does not guarantee that the educational and information contained in our internet resources is accurate. Use of or reliance upon any information provided in our internet resoruces is at your own risk. We may update the content on our internet resoruces from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the materials included in our internet resources may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. 

You may only use our internet resources for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The information presented on or through our internet resources is for informational and educational purposes only and is not legal advice, and should not be relied on as such. RL is a social organization. While the founders of RL are attorneys, RLIis not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship can be made with or through RL. The only way to enter into attorney-client relationship with the founders of RL is outside of their capacity in RL. An attorney-client relationship can only be established arrangement pursuant to a written engagement letter with Slottje Law, pllc and such engagement letter must signed by an authorized member of Slottje Law, pllc and its client.
