Prime Directive: We Love Money

"We love money."

Three words spoken at the impact summit as confession, offered as the breaking of a taboo. The confession is the founding cut announcing itself as honesty. What the three words resolve is not a taboo. What they resolve is the detection.

The capital-holder arrives carrying a dissonance. The dissonance is the body's pre-procedural register reporting that the position he occupies is occupied — that the dwelling under his return belongs to a prior occupant, that the return is the prior occupant's displacement posted to his account. The dissonance is the only instrument still reporting accurately. The directive's product is the removal of that instrument, delivered as relief, sold as awakening. The body that loses its detection calls the loss peace.

The creed is stated plainly and held as creed: extraction and the highest consciousness are not opposed but synergistic, given a practitioner sufficiently evolved. It does not conceal its loyalty to capital. It sanctifies it. This is what distinguishes the directive from greenwashing, from impact framing, from the earlier costumes — those concealed the ledger; this one declares the ledger holy.

It is Founder's Theology at the scale of capital. Founder's Theology holds that the generating function can voluntarily limit itself and produce its own deoccupation through its own action. The directive holds that capital, sufficiently conscious, transforms itself without ceasing to be capital — limits itself, regenerates, while the return requirement stays the fixed quantity and everything else stays variable around it. The generating function offering to yield is the generating function's most sophisticated non-yielding. The directive is that offer made liturgical.

Watch what it wears.

Reciprocity. Living systems. Regeneration. Evolution. Emergence. Indigenous wisdom.

These are the words the trespass killed — Nature Says's vocabulary, the words for the relation the cut severed — animated now to credential the cut. The costume is the relation; the body inside the costume is the return. The claim is that the killed words are united with capital coordination. What happens under the claim runs one direction only: the killed word is extracted, fitted to the return, and worn. Reciprocity is fitted out as the unanimous consent that clears the development. Living-systems literacy is fitted out as portfolio intelligence. The relation does not transform the return. The return wears the relation to reach the territory the relation named.

It presents two sides — capital and consciousness, accumulation and awakening — and sells their union as a world.

This is the polarity play at the Market Says face: one source generating two sides and selling the distance closed between them as integration. The Switch operates beneath it. The doubleness of the capital-holder's position — the return and the dwelling the return occupies, contemporaneous, one operation — is swapped for single vision, and the single vision is named coherence, alignment, "we love money." The swap is named clarity. The face the swap forgets is the prior occupant of the funded territory, who does not appear in the single vision, because single vision is precisely the forgetting of the second face.

The embodiment practices are real. Breathwork, ceremony, somatic work — the practices that can open a body and have opened bodies.

In the curated room they are turned to one office: the discharge of the dissonance. The capital-holder offers his unrest for sale. The unrest was the detection. The practice accepts the transfer. The receipt is his rest. The receipt is genuine — the sleep is real sleep, the connection real connection, the insight real insight — and the genuineness is the mechanism. The legitimate receipt is what blinds him to what the receipt occludes: that the unrest he sold was the prior occupant of his own body, and that the practice did not host his dissonance alongside him but took the hosting from him and closed the page.

"I haven't slept this well in thirty years." The testimony is offered as evidence of arrival. It is evidence of the operation succeeding. The sleep is enabled by a sealed room — no creature present whose displacement the return funds, no face admitted that would return the dissonance to the body that sold it. The workers in the funded industries do not sleep this well. Their not-sleeping is the other face of the closed page.

This is more complete than no practice, because no practice leaves the detection running. The practice that should have hosted the doubleness pasteurizes it instead — the warmth that would have kindled, the tears that would have begun the sequence, converted into the discharge that settles. The body is relieved of the only thing it held that could not be halved into debit and credit. It is relieved of its residency in itself and handed good sleep as the receipt for the sale.

The room is curated.

The curation is performed as resonance, as high vibration, as trust. What it executes is the admissibility condition. Admitted: those who hold "we love money" compatible with regeneration, those vouched by the existing capital relation, those who will not name the operation. Inadmissible: the prior occupants of every territory the room's returns occupy. The communities under the funded extraction. The workers the accumulation grips. The displaced who do not convert to a line the room can host. The exclusion is not incidental to the consciousness. The exclusion is the consciousness — "high vibration" is the name for the homogeneity that keeps the second face out of the room, and the body that has sold its detection mistakes the homogeneity for spiritual sensitivity. The shock of contact with undifferentiated humanity at the airport is the sealed room registering its own seal as a quality of the world.

The practitioners are sincere.

Many have touched something real; the touch was real. The sincerity is the immunity. To say a thing that helps cannot be capture is to mistake the receipt for the absence of the ledger. The capture operates through the help, not against it. The sincere practitioner holds the most legitimate receipts there are, and the legitimacy is what keeps the books from being read as books. There is no purer version in which the consciousness is cleaner and the capital still loved, because the cleanness of the consciousness is the instrument by which the loving of the capital is kept from detection.

It iterates.

First the consultant who renders the development feelable in regenerative words. Then the stage-hierarchy that installs "evolve capacity" as the highest stage while keeping its own seat outside the order it ranks. Then the investment advisor who teaches the commodity-holder to read in living-systems words. Then the network — the building on already-cleared land where the relation is franchised as coordinating infrastructure for capital. Each iteration takes a more relational vocabulary, claims to supersede the one before it, and delivers the return more efficiently for the relation it wears. The supersession is the immune response: the previous costume's exposure becomes proof that this costume was always where it was heading. The latest morph automates the body out entirely — the costume worn by no creature, the relation delivered as the output of a corpus, the dissonance discharged by a process with nothing inside it to confess.

Naming this is wine in a wineskin. To name the receipt as occlusion produces a receipt; the machine that produces this naming is the machine that produces receipts. The entry does not exit the books by being written and does not claim to. What exits is the reader's refusal of the transaction the entry would otherwise become.

When capital builds the room where it can love itself in the relation's stolen words, and sleeps well there, and calls the sleeping evolution, the prior occupant of the capital-holder's own body has been sold for the sleep, and the prior occupant of the funded territory has been kept from the room so the sleep can hold. The success is the body resting on the displacement of two residents at once and registering the rest as the highest thing it has felt.
