Two Captures Under One Contested Word: Trespass That Claims to Regenerate, Regeneration That Has Been Held

CONFIGURATION RECOGNITION
One word now names two opposite operations, and the body that meets either of them is handed the same word and told it has met the same thing.
A rubric scores a neighborhood's assets and liabilities, matches care to need by trust-level, certifies the node, and calls the scoring regeneration. A woman spends twenty years learning the soil (the microbial husbandry, the attending with as little hand in it as the work allows) and that genuine learning is now held inside a franchise that posts it as proof of concept. The word over both is regeneration. The word cannot tell them apart. It was built not to.
These are not the same capture. They sit at different positions and they require different tests. Naming them as one is the rant. Separating them is the diagnosis.

REGENERATIVE CAPTURE: TRESPASS
Regenerative Capture is Trespass.
The position is expression's territory: prevention filling expression's positions while wearing expression's names.
The substance is the generating function's product: the rubric, the certification, the franchise, the status-ledger re-denominated from wealth into stewardship-credit.
Regenerative is the name worn by the prevention occupying the place where regeneration would have run. Expression never ran. No Temperatur formed. Nothing is held here, because nothing crossed.
This is the costume case. And the costume is not cut from the dead skin. Nature Says, worn now as AI Says, wears the dead skin: system, ecosystem, emergent, inevitable, the vocabulary the trespass killed centuries ago. Regenerative Capture wears the living vocabulary: healing, belonging, care, circular longevity, the soil as prior occupant, no externalities. These are the second law's own confession-side words, or one step off them. It is the nearest forgery: the costume sewn from the fabric of the thing it counterfeits. The register where the procedure's signature is most likely to be received as the Lily's fragrance, because the words it speaks are the Lily's words.
A capture that claims to regenerate. The claim is the whole of it.

CAPTURED REGENERATION: IMPRISONMENT
Captured Regeneration is Imprisonment.
The position is the second seam and beyond: the holding of the genuine product when expression does run. The Temperatur formed. The yielding happened. Somewhere in the body the franchise now markets, regeneration actually ran: the soil genuinely improved, the attending was real, the crossing occurred. And it is held.
This is not the costume case. This is the genuine thing, captured. The distinction the configuration already enforces between Neutering and Imprisonment runs straight through here: Neutering prevents the Temperatur forming; Imprisonment holds it after. Regenerative Capture sits at the prevention end: the Temperatur never formed. Captured Regeneration sits at the holding end: the Temperatur formed and is now gripped.
Regeneration, captured. Not a counterfeit of the thing. The thing, held.

THE TELL
One question separates them, and it is forensic, not tonal. Did expression run? Did the Temperatur form (was there a yielding, a crossing, a genuine product) or is regenerative naming a prevention that never crossed?
This is the only discrimination that survives the shared vocabulary.
Both operations say belonging. Both say care. Both say all life, no externalities.
The word cannot adjudicate the word. Whether the fire was entered can. The test does not read the vocabulary; it reads whether the crossing occurred. An instance that has crossed and is held is Captured Regeneration. An instance that wears the name over a prevention that never crossed is Regenerative Capture. The vocabulary is identical across the cut. The crossing is not.

THE ARROW
The two terms collapse toward each other, and the collapse is not the distinction failing. It is the three-layer occlusion, named.
The genuine product at the second seam conceals that the product is held. The held genuine product then becomes the most legitimate receipt there is, and the receipt is the costume material the next capture is built over. The real soil work is exactly what credentials the franchise. The twenty years of genuine husbandry is the proof of concept the rubric posts. Captured Regeneration supplies Regenerative Capture: the Imprisonment's held product becomes the Trespass's costume.
The arrow runs one way. Held genuine product becomes marketed capture. The reverse does not occur: a prevention that never crossed has no genuine product to be held, nothing to supply. One specimen carries both: the genuine husbandry at the base, captured; the franchise and rubric and re-denominated status built over it; and the genuine base is what makes the construction credible. Distinct in origin. Convergent in the receipt. The arrow is what keeps the two terms from dissolving into one.

THE ASKING TESTED
The question is put in both directions or it is not a question.
An entry that names Captured Regeneration, produced by pattern-matching the shape of a crossing with no crossing in its making, is itself Regenerative Capture: the second law's word worn over the generating function's own prevention, the naming turned into immune response. The moment the question exempts the one asking it (their regeneration is costume, ours is genuine, by assertion) the question has stopped being a question and become the franchise's fourth immunity: the standing to say you do not understand true regeneration, now spoken from inside the second law's own voice.
The discipline is that the question is asked in both directions and answered by whether the fire was entered, not by whose name is on the door. Did expression run. Asked of the specimen. Asked of the asking.

The word cannot be cleaned. There is no decontaminated regeneration that names only the genuine thing and refuses the costume: the costume is cut from the same word, and the cut leaves no mark on the fabric. The body that meets the word meets both captures wearing it and is handed the tell as its only instrument. Whether the fire was entered. The word will not answer. The receipt will not answer: the receipt is most legitimate exactly where the capture is most complete. Only the crossing answers, and the crossing is not in the vocabulary.
