The room turned, and you cannot point to the moment.
Nobody said you were wrong. Nobody produced a fact against you. The meetings adjusted, the invitations routed around you, the tone of your messages became the subject, and somewhere in it the question stopped being what you said and became what you are like. By the end there were reasons, and every one of them was about you.
That is not a run of bad luck and it is not a personality clash. It is a procedure, and it has been written down. Heinz Leymann, German-born and Swedish by career, cataloged forty-five of its behaviors across the 1980s and 1990s, and set the threshold that distinguishes it from ordinary conflict: at least once a week for at least six months, against the same target. The work is done with ordinary instruments, in order, each one auditable, and the record they leave describes a difficult person rather than the thing that was done to her.
These are the eight, and each one stands on its own.
The Mobbing Operation is the whole sequence, run at the scale of a workplace.
Leymann's 45 is the inventory itself, the forty-five cataloged behaviors, which is the forensic record of the thing.
Escalation is the tell. A natural process reaches its result and stops; only a built instrument turns itself up when its lower settings fail.
Pushout as Religious Persecution is what she was actually removed for, which was not what she is but what she would not perform.
Disqualified Testimony is the refusal of her report at the level of the pillar itself, before it can be weighed.
The Credibility Deficit is how that refusal is done without anyone disbelieving her. The report never registers as a claim at all. It registers as a condition of the speaker.
Tone Policing is the conversion of what she said into how she said it, and the selection underneath it, because the register being demanded can only be delivered by a body that has given up its range.
Rituals - Work is the liturgy of the register where this usually happens: the meeting room, the performance review, the investigation, where the tenure is at will, the demeanor is the specification, and the exit is entered under her own name.
